Uruguay has lifted most COVID-19 movement restrictions, and reopened its borders to fully vaccinated non-resident foreigners.
Emergency declarations are in place in response to COVID-19. Expect movement restrictions (including curfews), strict enforcement of mask wearing, restrictions on social gatherings and other sanitary measures in public spaces during this time. If you don’t comply, you could be fined or arrested.
To travel to Guyana, you must show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and present results of a negative COVID-19 (PCR) test.
Jamaica requires travellers aged 12 years or more to present a negative COVID-19 test taken within three days prior to the travel date (see Travel).
