There’s an ongoing State of Alert in Romania. You’ll need to complete a Passenger Locator Form (PLF) up to 24 hours prior to entry. Entry restrictions and requirements depend on your country of departure. Romania accepts vaccination certificates issued by EU member states and other countries.
