Poland
From 15 December, you must have a negative COVID-19 (PCR) test to enter Poland from outside the Schengen Area. There must be no more than 24 hours between obtaining the test result and crossing the border. If you cannot meet this requirement, you may be asked to re-test. Being vaccinated may exempt you from quarantine (see ‘Travel’). A state of emergency remains in place in areas within approximately 3kms of the Belarusian border, including parts of Podlaskie and Lubelskie Voivodeships. Reconsider your need to be in these areas due to increased restrictions on movement, assembly and activities. Follow the instructions of Polish authorities and carry ID with you at all times if you’re in these areas.
