All travellers to Palau must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, except those under 12 years of age. You must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 (PCR) test taken within three days of departure or a negative (WHO or US FDA authorised or approved) antigen test within 1 day of departure or have a letter from a healthcare provider stating you are recovered from COVID-19. You must follow mitigation orders on arrival and take a COVID-19 test on the fourth day.
