International commercial flights to Liberia have resumed. All land borders remain closed. Ports have reopened. You must complete a Health Screening Arrival Form before you arrive. On arrival you’ll be screened and tested for COVID-19, exemptions apply. Restrictions also apply if you’re departing Liberia. (See ‘Travel’).
