We can’t advise you on the safety of departure options. Follow the advice of local authorities, including on curfews and travel restrictions as a result of the conflict and COVID-19 pandemic. In certain areas, e.g. where fighting is taking place, the best course of action may be to stay where you are until it becomes safer to move on.
