To enter Panama, you must complete an electronic health affidavit and show the QR code generated. You must also present either a negative COVID-19 (PCR or Antigen) test taken 72 hours before travel or proof of full vaccination. Fully vaccinated travellers do not need to complete hotel quarantine on arrival. Unvaccinated travellers from some countries may need to complete quarantine at government approved hotels at their own expense.
